Fashion label Mauvais commissioned By Association Only to create a campaign-led Shopify 2.0 store.

British fashion brand Mauvais was founded by Jordan Jones in 2018.

The entrepreneur had one goal: to create affordable, perfectly cropped trousers crafted using high-end materials. 

Mauvais’ signature check cropped trousers were an instant hit, and the company hasn’t stopped innovating since.

Today, the brand’s clothing collections are coveted by celebrities including actor Jamie Foxx, who admires their Scandinavian-style minimalism married with Italian-inspired tailoring.

As an existing Shopify merchant using a largely off-the-peg design, Mauvais commissioned By Association Only to create a premium, bespoke Shopify 2.0 build with a focus on story-telling.

The brand also wanted to improve site speed, increase conversion, and re-imagine its technology stack.
