As a pioneer in clean beauty, the Susanne Kaufmann brand brings together the power of nature, organic ingredients and sustainability to deliver products that are “naturally uncompromising and consistently effective.”

In 2021, BAO delivered the brand two new Shopify Plus stores with a migration from the legacy Umbraco platform.

The key objectives of the project, aside from solving the company’s technology dependencies, were to significantly improve the UI and UX with an overarching ambition to directly influence the revenue through Susanne Kaufmann’s digital channel.
